Free estimates are provided on-site at no charge or obligation. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed during the estimate visit.
All installation work is performed under a written contract signed by both parties before any work begins. The contract specifies scope of work, materials, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty terms.
Payment schedules are specified in each individual project contract. A deposit is typically required at contract signing. Final payment is due on project completion, following a client walkthrough and approval.
We provide workmanship warranties on all installed projects. Warranty terms are specified in your individual project contract. Warranties cover defects in installation workmanship but do not cover damage from tree roots, acts of nature, vehicle impact, or improper use after installation.
Where permits are required by Orange County, Osceola County, or local municipalities, we will advise clients and can manage the permitting process. HOA approval, where required, is the client's responsibility unless we have specifically agreed in writing to manage the HOA submission process.
Ocoee Concrete & Pavers carries full liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage during installation, our insurance covers repair or replacement costs up to our policy limits. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions not disclosed or visible during the estimate visit.
