Celebration was master-planned by Disney with a New Urbanist street grid and unusually strict architectural review covenants — including specific approved paver patterns and a narrow color palette. Replacing a Celebration driveway requires submitting samples to the Celebration Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for approval. We file all permits with the Osceola County Community Development as part of the service and include the fees in your written quote.
