Concrete repair across Central Florida
Concrete repair in Central Florida covers everything from hairline crack injection to full slab section replacement. The right repair depends on what caused the damage — settlement, surface wear, freeze-thaw stress, root intrusion, or impact damage — and how extensive it is.
Crack injection
For cracks under 1/4 inch wide that are stable (not actively widening), we inject elastomeric polymer or epoxy crack filler. Restores structural integrity and prevents water intrusion. $200–$600 for typical residential driveway.
Slab settlement / mudjacking alternative
When a concrete section has settled (sunk relative to adjacent slabs), we use polyurethane foam injection to lift it back to grade. Faster and cleaner than traditional mudjacking. $400–$1,500 depending on lift area.
Surface spalling repair
When the surface of concrete flakes or peels off (often from de-icer use, freeze-thaw, or original finishing problems), we grind back to sound concrete and apply polymer-modified resurfacer. $4–$8 per sq ft.
Joint repair and sealing
Failed expansion joints and control joints let water under the slab, accelerating settlement. We clean out failed joints, install backer rod, and apply self-leveling polyurethane sealant. $4–$8 per linear foot.
Section replacement
When a slab section is too damaged for repair, we saw-cut, remove, and pour replacement concrete. Match isn’t perfect (new vs old color) but functional and structural. $14–$22 per sq ft for replacement section.
