Stucco services across Central Florida
Ocoee Concrete & Pavers provides full-service stucco work across our Central Florida service area, from full-wall installation on new construction or major remodels to small crack repair on existing homes. The Florida climate is hard on stucco — daily UV exposure, afternoon thunderstorms, and the freeze-thaw cycle of occasional cold mornings all stress the cement coat over time.
We work in both traditional 3-coat stucco (scratch coat + brown coat + finish coat over expanded metal lath) and EIFS systems (Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems). Most Central Florida residential homes built before 2005 use traditional 3-coat stucco; many newer builds use EIFS over a synthetic substrate.
What we offer
Full stucco installation on new construction, full re-stucco over existing walls, hairline crack repair, large crack patching with color matching, full wall re-coat, EIFS repair, and stucco texture matching for additions or repairs that need to blend with existing work.
How we price
Stucco repair is typically priced per square foot of repair area plus a minimum service charge for mobilization. New stucco installation is priced per square foot of wall area. We provide written estimates after on-site inspection.
